My time with Børge was, in a word colorful.
Art, music, theater, and motorcar - racing, all of that I got the opportunity to experience with Børge for whom the "best the world could bid" was preferred.
Our life in Copenhagen was exheting, but often hectically full of countless art exhibits an grand - opening jollifications.
So whenever we had or ought to relax we took off for Læsø, also during summers, where good friends joined us and we received visitors.
Whenever Børge was struck by an idea, he became stimulated into feverous activity, which for the most part left very little or no time for other considerations. For example, the time that I, with but two hours forewarning, had to hop a train to Dortmund where Pink Floyd was performing "The Wall". We got there just before the concert was to begin, grabbed a hotdog and a glass of beer, dashed and plunged into our seats when the music started with a thundering crescendo.
Whenever we were to go out scouting for young, new artists, our means of travel transpired modestly, never first class.
On the other hand, it was the experiences which really mattered and counted, and I would not have missed them for anything.
